- Choose sunscreen products with no fragrance - fragrance free
- Choose a sunscreen gel for oily skin owners, or sunscreen cream for dry skin.
- Check the expiration date of your sunscreen.
- Use sunscreen 20-30 minutes before activity to the outdoors.
- If you're working out or completion of exercise, re-apply every 2 hours.
