1. Potassium / potassium
Potassium is one of the key nutrients that your body needs. Studies show that potassium may help maintain healthy blood pressure. Potassium also supports the fertility and function of muscles and nerves. Foods rich in potassium include potatoes, yams, and bananas.
2. Magnesium

If we are deficient in vitamin A could be a problem, because the vitamin is key in supporting good vision, immune support and tissue growth.
4. Vitamin E
Is an antioxidant that is important for immunity, healthy skin and good vision, and can reduce the buildup of plaque in blood vessels. Calcium helps maintain muscle function and heart rhythm, may even help prevent high blood pressure. Milk is a good resource, but foods like salmon and tofu also contains calcium. The thing to remember: Without enough vitamin D, your body can not absorb calcium properly.
6. Vitamin C
Whether vitamin C can prevent the flu? Probably not. But some studies suggest vitamin C may shorten the duration of flu symptoms. This vitamin, found in many fruits and vegetables, has other benefits as well, namely to increase the growth of bone and tissue. As an antioxidant, may also help protect cells from damage.
7. Fiber
Fiber from whole grains and legumes make a lot of health benefits. Fiber helps lower cholesterol and improve bowel regularity, lowers the risk of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. Fiber is also well taken for people trying to lose weight. High-fiber foods are also filling and low calorie. However, the possibility of fiber can reduce absorption of drugs and supplements if taken at the same time.
